An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide comprehensive speech therapy services in an elementary school setting. This full-time, in-person position is located in the Forks/Clallam Bay area of Washington and spans the entire school year on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring primarily to preschool and elementary students.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success across educational settings.
- Provide occasional services to middle and high school students as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and review.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children in educational settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
- Commitment to in-person service delivery throughout the school year.
