As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you will make a direct impact by providing expert services primarily to preschool and elementary students, with occasional involvement with middle and high schoolers. This role is fully in-person for the entire school year, offering a chance to build meaningful relationships and see the difference you make day after day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington State
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous school-based experience preferred; strong new graduates considered
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with the educational team
  • Document and report progress toward therapy goals and educational achievement
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to promote students’ overall development
  • Conduct screenings and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
  • Offer support and education to families regarding speech and language development
