This full-time, on-site position spans the entire school year, offering the opportunity to make a significant difference in a highly supportive educational setting. SLPs (CCC or CFY) are encouraged to apply, and applicants holding an SLPA credential will also be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field) required
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
  • Clinical experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel and provide coverage across multiple school sites
  • Commitment to providing direct, on-site services (remote/teletherapy not offered for this role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students across a range of age groups and abilities
  • Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress records
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement therapy within academic programs
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Serve as a valued resource for families and staff regarding speech and language development
