The role spans the school year, from August 3, 2026, through May 21, 2027, with a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcomed
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
  • Maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational goals
  • Offer support and guidance to families regarding their child’s communication challenges
