Two contract opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year—one full-time position and one part-time, supervision-focused role. Both positions are on-site within local public schools, providing an excellent platform to elevate your clinical skills and positively impact student outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, qualified to practice in New Hampshire
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Demonstrated school-based experience, including evaluations and participation in IEP processes
  • Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations as an active member of the IEP team
  • For the part-time position, supervise up to 2.0 FTE SLPAs and provide oversight for 30-day reviews of paraeducators involved in Medicaid-reimbursable activities
  • Deliver speech-language services to students, ensuring high standards of clinical care within assigned hours
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with educational staff, parents, and support personnel
  • Additional speech and language duties as directed, within designated timeframes

Assignment Details:

  • Full-time opportunity for the entire academic year; part-time role offers up to 20 hours per month, focused on SLPA supervision and supplemental direct services
  • All responsibilities are performed in person within the school setting
  • The district reimburses actual travel mileage to and from Claremont at the current IRS rate
