Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting young learners' communication breakthroughs in a vibrant elementary school environment. This full-time, contract position runs from August 14, 2025, through May 22, 2026, and offers the chance to work directly with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 Pre-K through 5th-grade students. You'll be based at a single school, allowing you to build meaningful connections with students and staff, while collaborating with a dedicated part-time SLPA to ensure comprehensive, high-quality speech/language services.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if newly graduated
- Current state licensure
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within educational or healthcare settings
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the assigned SLPA, classroom educators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide detailed documentation, and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
