A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students from Pre-K through 5th grade during the 2025-2026 school year. With a manageable caseload of around 50 students and the support of a dedicated part-time SLPA, you’ll have the resources and teamwork you need to deliver exceptional speech and language services.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Active SLP license or eligibility to practice in Oklahoma
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Background in pediatric speech and language therapy, ideally in a school environment
  • Experience with diverse communication needs across elementary age groups
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting student development and empowering young learners

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized speech/language goals
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Supervise and coordinate with the assigned SLPA to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all school guidelines and policies
  • Engage in ongoing professional growth and support a positive, inclusive educational environment
