Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Current or pending SLP licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Competence in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to fostering communication and academic growth for diverse student populations
  • A team-oriented approach with flexibility to adapt to school culture and partner with teaching staff and families

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough speech-language and communication assessments for students with a range of needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals and targeted therapy plans
  • Providing direct and indirect therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms as needed
  • Engaging in consultations with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintaining thorough documentation per district and professional standards
  • Supporting generalization of skills across the educational setting
