Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clarkesville, GA

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving K–5 students in specialized classrooms, providing crucial speech-language therapy in a lively, supportive school environment. This onsite position centers around supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and severe or profound disabilities, engaging closely with multidisciplinary teams to help foster communication growth and educational success.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Georgia
• Current GA Educator Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Commitment to in-person work for the remainder of the current school year, as well as the possibility of extending into 2025–2026
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in school settings

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct speech-language therapy services to students in ASD and Severe/Profound classrooms (grades K–5)
• Collaborating in IEP meetings, providing input and documentation for student goals and progress
• Conducting regular progress monitoring and Medicaid billing in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborating with general and special education staff, students, and families to support each learner’s communication journey

Full-time schedules are preferred (up to 37.5 hours/week), but part-time availability will be considered. This is a single-position opportunity dedicated to onsite service, creating meaningful impact throughout the school year.
