Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication needs across multiple educational settings. This full-time role involves working with children from kindergarten through eighth grade in center-based and school environments, tailored to learners requiring autistic support, emotional support, life skills, and specialized speech services. You’ll collaborate with dedicated teams at several sites, including support at both elementary and intermediate levels, providing consistency and specialized care throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active State Licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Demonstrated experience in school settings, ideally with K-8 students requiring autistic, emotional, or learning support
  • Comfortable managing diverse caseloads, including speech-only, life skills, and learning support
  • Adaptable, positive communicator capable of building trusted relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills in educational environments
  • Ability to work onsite across several school sites as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapeutic speech-language services aligned with students’ IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Develop treatment plans and deliver interventions for students in center-based and regular school classrooms
  • Collaborate closely with special educators, psychologists, therapists, and families
  • Document progress, complete required reports, and help transition support as students’ needs change (including temporary/short-term assignments at specified schools)
  • Support a variety of caseloads, including rotational placements as needed through the academic year
