Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Clarks Summit, PA

Step into an impactful, full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist role supporting K-12 students for the upcoming school term. This opportunity begins in late August and continues through early December, with a strong potential to extend through the school year. Serving a diverse caseload, you'll partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to enhance student success across school settings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience working with pediatric or K-12 populations, in schools or healthcare
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and an enthusiasm for working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school staff and families
• Deliver therapy services using evidence-based interventions
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Consult with teachers and provide training/support for classroom strategies
• Communicate regularly with families about student goals and growth
