Step into a rewarding contract opportunity shaping student success as a Speech-Language Pathologist! Starting August 19, 2026, and running through June 9, 2027, you'll provide essential speech and language services within a supportive educational environment. This position offers the flexibility to work approximately 37.5 hours per week, generally between 7:50 a.m. and 2:25 p.m., with some variation depending on school placement. You’ll make a meaningful impact with students ranging from 3rd to 12th grade, collaborating closely with educators and families.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) welcomed, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings and with diverse age groups highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students in 3rd through 12th grade
- Develop individualized therapy plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Participate in assessment, evaluation, and progress monitoring processes
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student growth
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation and meet all relevant compliance standards
- Adapt therapy methods and materials for virtual or in-person delivery, depending on district needs
