You’ll work closely with Speech Language Pathologists to deliver services to students, assist with developing and implementing IEPs, participate in meetings, support report writing, and help facilitate both treatment and evaluations. Age group and caseload accommodations can also be made to fit your interests and strengths.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • SLPA certification or eligibility in Arkansas (active or pending license, or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is valuable, but motivated new graduates are welcome
  • Skilled in collaboration, communication, and documentation
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to student development

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with screenings, assessments, and ongoing therapy to support students’ communication goals
  • Participate in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under SLP supervision
  • Attend meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Document therapy sessions and contribute to progress reports
  • Adapt to varied caseloads and student needs
