As an SLPA, you'll work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to assist in delivering high-quality services that include assessments, direct treatment, electronic documentation, report writing, IEP participation, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Assignments can be tailored to preferred caseload ages whenever possible, and both current and upcoming school year positions are available. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules may be considered, ensuring a supportive work-life balance.

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Skills or experience in pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare serving children
  • Active or pending Arkansas licensure or eligibility to apply
  • Ability to support IEP implementation, deliver treatment, and document progress
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and teams
  • Previous school-based experience is an advantage but not mandatory
