Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and communications
- Attend and contribute to IEP and eligibility meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
