Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Clayton, North Carolina

Step into a rewarding onsite opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Raleigh, NC area. You’ll work 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to increase your schedule based on caseload needs. Expect to serve a diverse group of students—approximately 30 on your caseload—delivering speech and language therapy in a well-equipped therapy room with all necessary materials provided.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
• Strong background in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Familiarity with ECATS or similar special education data systems
• Ability to effectively support elementary and middle school students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy sessions
• Develop and implement IEPs using the ECATS platform
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
• Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, and families to support student goals
• Provide input for classroom strategies and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
