Step into a rewarding onsite opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Raleigh, NC area. This contract position begins between late August and early September, making it an excellent fit for professionals seeking consistent hours and professional growth.

You’ll work 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to increase your schedule based on caseload needs. Expect to serve a diverse group of students—approximately 30 on your caseload—delivering speech and language therapy in a well-equipped therapy room with all necessary materials provided.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
  • Strong background in pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Familiarity with ECATS or similar special education data systems
  • Ability to effectively support elementary and middle school students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement IEPs using the ECATS platform
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
  • Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, and families to support student goals
  • Provide input for classroom strategies and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
