Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates also considered
- Recent experience working with elementary school-aged children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on communication goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student learning in and out of the classroom
- Engage students in creative activities to sustain motivation and encourage progress
