Make a difference in the lives of elementary-aged students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist working with grades K through 5. This contract opportunity allows you to support young learners as they build the communication foundation crucial for their academic and social success.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates also considered
  • Recent experience working with elementary school-aged children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on communication goals
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student learning in and out of the classroom
  • Engage students in creative activities to sustain motivation and encourage progress
