Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
• Current state license or the ability to obtain one before starting
• Prior school-based experience is highly valued, but strong clinical SLP backgrounds will be considered
• Solid communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for supporting students with diverse speech and language needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify individual student needs
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide tailored, evidence-based speech and language therapy to help students achieve their communication goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Educate and support teachers and families to reinforce therapy strategies in the classroom and at home
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities
