Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY), or licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in North Carolina
- Previous experience or internship in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary special education team
- Knowledge of IEP processes, assessment tools, and therapy planning
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children of varied backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development, progress monitoring, and annual reviews

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and session notes
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- For SLPAs: Implement supervised treatment plans and support SLPs as needed
