Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Current or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Possession of or eligibility for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is desired
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking valuable experience and supervision
  • Strong understanding of individualized education plan (IEP) processes
  • Ability to deliver therapy services both individually and in small groups
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to student growth
  • Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement effective, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educators and parents
  • Provide consultative support to classroom teachers for speech and language strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported
