Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Clemson, South Carolina

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students at a vibrant elementary setting near Seneca, SC. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is now available, offering the chance to work onsite with a dedicated multidisciplinary team through the school year, now through May 28, 2027.

You’ll manage a mild caseload (up to 60 students) at the elementary level, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to students with a variety of communication needs. There’s particular emphasis on supporting those with AAC requirements, ASD, and nonverbal students, providing a rich setting for professional growth and meaningful student impact. The district features a collaborative environment — you’ll be among 17 SLPs, ready to share knowledge as you champion student success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active (or pending) South Carolina SLP license, LLR, and teaching certification
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA (open to supervising qualified CFs or SLPAs)
• Pediatric, healthcare, or school-based SLP experience
• Strong skills supporting students with AAC, ASD, and nonverbal needs
• Excellent communication and collegial collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to a diverse elementary caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists
• Maintain thorough records and provide timely progress reports
• Integrate evidence-based practices into all interventions

This role is offered on a contract basis, onsite at a welcoming elementary campus with a mild, capped caseload. Compensation ranges from $42–$52 per hour, reflecting your credentials and experience.
