Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Florida (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience working with adolescents in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades 7-12
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track progress and maintain detailed, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Provide consultation and strategies for staff and caregivers to facilitate student achievement
