A contract position is open for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite on a part-time basis with 7th to 12th graders. Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Florida (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Experience working with adolescents in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades 7-12
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Track progress and maintain detailed, compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
  • Provide consultation and strategies for staff and caregivers to facilitate student achievement
