Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and small-group settings
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings, write reports, and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide preventive and intervention strategies, supporting a positive learning environment
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in professional development as needed
