This position seeks two enthusiastic SLPs to deliver essential services to students across different age groups. Both assignments are full-time, offering the chance to make a direct impact this school year.

Open Assignments:

  • One SLP (Preschool): Full-time coverage supporting preschool students from March 2 to May 28
  • One SLP (K-12): Full-time coverage working with K-12 students from April 7 to May 28

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license valid in Ohio
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language therapy is strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary education teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy services for students with a range of communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
  • Consult with teachers, aides, and families to foster student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
