School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cleveland, Tennessee

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students and their families as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You’ll enjoy a structured weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. Hours may range between 7:15 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., with the potential for a degree of flexible scheduling to help support work-life balance. This assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21, 2026. Candidates will be offered competitive hourly compensation ranging from $40 to $50, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Current Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with elementary school-aged children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to elementary students
• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multi-disciplinary team meetings as needed
• Create and implement intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
