Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
- Previous experience in school settings highly desired
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Conduct screenings and participate in eligibility meetings as needed
