Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates also considered
  • Previous experience in school settings highly desired
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Conduct screenings and participate in eligibility meetings as needed
