What you bring:

  • Active Texas SLP-CCC license
  • Expertise in pediatric speech-language therapy in schools
  • Experience with assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educational teams
  • Strong communication skills to engage students, families, and staff
  • Well-organized with proficient time management
  • Open to considering SLPAs based on experience and credentials

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations; document progress and outcomes
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a knowledgeable resource for communication needs
  • Organize therapy schedules efficiently for a diverse caseload
  • Support inclusive practices and provide consultative support for classroom staff
