What you'll bring:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Familiarity with school-based practices and IEP processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to connect with students, educators, and families
  • Passion for enabling students to reach their fullest potential in a supportive environment
  • Previous school-based experience (preferred, but not required)

Your role will include:

  • Delivering direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in alignment with their IEP goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to provide holistic support
  • Administering assessments and participating in the development and review of IEPs
  • Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Offering guidance and recommendations for services, accommodations, or modified instruction
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
