What you'll bring:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Familiarity with school-based practices and IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to connect with students, educators, and families
- Passion for enabling students to reach their fullest potential in a supportive environment
- Previous school-based experience (preferred, but not required)
Your role will include:
- Delivering direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in alignment with their IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to provide holistic support
- Administering assessments and participating in the development and review of IEPs
- Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Offering guidance and recommendations for services, accommodations, or modified instruction
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development
