Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Clifton Park, NY

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including AAC and PROMPT techniques
• Experience in school settings or pediatrics is appreciated but not required
• SLP-CFY and SLP-CCC candidates are both welcome to apply
• Capacity to maintain accurate records and prioritize in a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and speech-language assessments to determine individual student needs
• Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focusing on articulation, receptive/expressive language, and social communication
• Collaborate seamlessly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Complete thorough documentation to track student progress and therapy outcomes
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development to stay current with trends in teletherapy and on-site services
