Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Familiarity with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and experience in school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and documentation for IEP meetings and reports
- Offer consultation and guidance for general education staff regarding speech and language development
