Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clifton Park, NY

Available start dates are July 27 or September 8, and the contract extends year-round through the next school year for a consistent, full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week).

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with preschool-aged children, highly valued
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering developmental growth in early childhood

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for preschool students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services for students with non-verbal, speech delay, and developmental delay needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, progress reporting, and student support activities
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and confidentiality standards
