Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clifton Springs, NY

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized plans
• Experience in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school counselors to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Support students’ social and academic development through targeted interventions
