Speech Language Pathologist in Clint, TX

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in school settings or significant pediatric experience is highly valued
• Proficiency with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress, IEPs, and assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer guidance, resources, and strategies to faculty and families to foster student communication skills
