What you'll bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP - CCC certification
- Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with early childhood or elementary-age children preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative, classroom-based services
- Ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions for young learners
What you'll do:
- Deliver speech-language therapy primarily through push-in services within PreK and Kindergarten settings, promoting communication and social interaction skills in a natural classroom context
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring to inform tailored intervention plans
- Partner with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals and provide strategies for language development
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Advocate for students’ needs and participate in IEP meetings as required
