Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience supporting students in a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt therapy techniques
  • Positive, compassionate approach with students and team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, fluency, or voice disorders
  • Develop IEP goals and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and school activities
  • Adapt services and support to best meet the diverse needs of your caseload
