As a Speech-Language Pathologist with current SLP-CCC licensure, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow professionals, ensuring each child receives a tailored plan for their needs. Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC licensure required
• Certification to work in schools in South Carolina
• Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills for pediatric communication disorders
• Comfort with direct therapy, IEP writing, and collaboration within school multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy for an elementary student caseload
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and document progress in accordance with school guidelines
• Partner with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
