Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field
  • ASHA certification (CCC required)
  • Active South Carolina state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
  • South Carolina educator certification, or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience with school-age populations preferred

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Full-time coverage for a spring semester maternity leave (January through end of school year)
  • Manage a manageable elementary caseload at one school site
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to help students succeed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teaching teams
  • Provide progress updates and documentation according to school policies
