What you'll bring:

• Active Michigan SLP license (please provide confirmation upon application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Recent experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting
• Comfort and skill in delivering all required services independently, including evaluations, therapy, and IEP documentation
• Flexibility to serve students across various grade levels, adapting intervention and communication styles as appropriate

What you'll do:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in line with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting, and document compliance in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member in the educational process
