What you'll bring:
- Active Michigan SLP license (please provide confirmation upon application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Recent experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting
- Comfort and skill in delivering all required services independently, including evaluations, therapy, and IEP documentation
- Flexibility to serve students across various grade levels, adapting intervention and communication styles as appropriate
What you'll do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in line with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting, and document compliance in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member in the educational process
