Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience with pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the speech, language, and communication needs of students across K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to student evaluations
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate speech-language strategies in the academic setting
• Adapt therapy techniques to fit the diverse needs of students across multiple age groups
