Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or eligibility for state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the speech, language, and communication needs of students across K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to student evaluations
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate speech-language strategies in the academic setting
- Adapt therapy techniques to fit the diverse needs of students across multiple age groups
