Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CFY or CCC-SLP; new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience or strong interest providing SLP services in a school environment
- Knowledge of IEP procedures, progress monitoring, assessments, and documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate elementary-aged students
- Team player who enjoys coordinating with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy for a caseload of 50–60 students, with the possibility to manage a higher caseload if needed
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to support overall student development
- Provide guidance and strategies to families and staff to enhance student outcomes
Contract Details & Schedule:
- Full-time (37.5 hours per week); school hours
