Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinton Township, MI

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CFY or CCC-SLP; new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Experience or strong interest providing SLP services in a school environment
• Knowledge of IEP procedures, progress monitoring, assessments, and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate elementary-aged students
• Team player who enjoys coordinating with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy for a caseload of 50–60 students, with the possibility to manage a higher caseload if needed
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support overall student development
• Provide guidance and strategies to families and staff to enhance student outcomes

Contract Details & Schedule:

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week); school hours
• Start: August 25 | End: June 18
