This contract position offers two full-time roles supporting engaging caseloads in the Mansfield city area. You’ll play a vital part in students’ educational journeys, serving at one designated location with consistent hours each week—from August 17 through June 3.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based setting or strong interest in educational environments
- Confidence working with elementary-age children and managing a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Strong commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators and families
Role Highlights:
- Provide assessments, therapy, and direct interventions for elementary students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress for each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
- Support students in just one school location each day, with schedules of either 7:30 am–2:50 pm or 8:20 am–3:50 pm, depending on assignment
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences to help guide services
- Monitor and track student achievement and progress on therapy goals
