Qualifications & Experience:
- ASHA Certification (CCC) required
- Current California SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Open to experienced SLPs and clinical fellows (CFY)
- Experience with preschool children highly valued
- Familiarity with SEIS documentation preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to preschool students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and complete SEIS documentation as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
- Share best practices and participate in professional development opportunities
