Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and valid California Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • Certificate of Clearance (COC)
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and credentialed SLPs (CCC)
  • Experience working with preschool-age children strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with SEIS documentation systems is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals for preschool students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services within classroom and small group settings
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ developmental success
  • Provide resources and training to teachers and caregivers supporting student needs
