Qualifications & Experience:

  • ASHA Certification (CCC) required
  • Current California SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Open to experienced SLPs and clinical fellows (CFY)
  • Experience with preschool children highly valued
  • Familiarity with SEIS documentation preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to preschool students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and complete SEIS documentation as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
  • Share best practices and participate in professional development opportunities
