Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Coachella, CA

Ideal candidates bring strong experience in schools, particularly those who hold an SLP-CCC and California credential, including a current Certificate of Clearance (COC). Previous experience with California Medicaid (Paradigm) documentation is highly valued.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC certification
• Valid California SLP licensure and Certificate of Clearance
• Experience with school-based caseloads, especially at the preschool level
• Comfortable managing a caseload encompassing mild, moderate, and some severe needs
• Knowledge of AAC devices and therapy interventions strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CA Medicaid (Paradigm) procedures is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication therapy for preschool-aged students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
