Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and goal-setting
• Ability to provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to early elementary students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and teachers
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and differentiating interventions

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades K-4
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Write and implement IEPs tailored to students' unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Deliver both individual and small group interventions
