Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language assessments, and goal-setting
- Ability to provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to early elementary students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and teachers
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners and differentiating interventions
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades K-4
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Write and implement IEPs tailored to students' unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Deliver both individual and small group interventions
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
