Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure for speech-language pathology or eligibility to obtain it
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet varied student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders

• Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, treatment, and outcomes according to school protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help develop comprehensive educational plans
• Provide guidance and resources to staff and families on facilitating communication skills in classroom and home environments
