Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering speech and language services to school-aged children with various communication needs.

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and tracking student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Providing direct and consultative therapy sessions.
  • Adapting services to meet a variety of ages and support needs, including coverage for staff on leave.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Active state licensure and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required.
  • Previous school-based experience or a strong interest in working within educational settings.
  • Ability to manage varied caseloads and adapt to different school cultures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to accept positions serving leaves of absence, with assignments that may not cover a full academic year.
