Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for Idaho as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
