What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or teletherapy setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with diverse student needs and IEP processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions—in person or via teletherapy as needed
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
