This part-time position (4 days per week, with flexibility for fewer days) offers direct involvement with a dedicated caseload of 15 students, some of whom receive services five days per week. Whether you’re credentialed as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA, this role welcomes your commitment to student growth—professional supervision will be provided for those in the CF or assistant role.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience or interest in working with early childhood and elementary-aged children
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to provide services in a school-based setting
  • Commitment to engaging with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing communication needs and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering speech/language therapy to a dedicated small caseload
  • Collaborating with teachers and families to support student success
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Ensuring services comply with IEP guidelines and are delivered with compassion
