Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure for practice in the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Experience working in school environments preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for a diverse caseload
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • Organizational skills to document progress, manage schedules, and participate in IEP meetings

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language abilities
  • Developing and delivering individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Providing direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to IEP development
  • Maintaining accurate records relating to student evaluations, progress, and communication
