Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); Clinical Fellowships (CFYs) are welcome and supported
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working within a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students one-on-one and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each child’s progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Educate and consult with parents and teachers to reinforce interventions and strategies
