Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcomed
• Teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with school-based SLP services and IEP processes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 90 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and ongoing evaluations for elementary-age students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), delivering both direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Provide therapy in-person or via teletherapy as assigned; adapt best practices to each setting
• Collaborate with education staff and families to support student goals and progress
• Maintain accurate, organized documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and communications
• Participate in meetings, IEP reviews, and school-based activities as needed
